RETURNS POLICY

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a Return/Exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can Email us at support@handstitchsole.com. Return Postage is paid by buyer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sale Items or Gift Cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Customer's are out assets & we respect our customer's but used pair can only be repaired Free of cost in 6 months after that services charges will be taken.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Sale items cannot get refund but can be exchanged. Please remember it can take 14 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Note: The decision of the company will be considered final in all scenarios. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Our Delivery time is 3-4 Days. Order Processing time is 1-3 Business days.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS

A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 3-4 business days. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
